Whether you're looking for one session to re-acquaint you with the gym, or a full program to make a big lifestyle change, I've got your back.
As a Canfitpro Certified Personal Training Specialist (PTS) I will personally motivate you to achieve your goals.
Personal training options for private sessions include one-on-one sessions with me, as I listen to your goals and work with you to develop a program that is suitable for your lifestyle.
Full training programs include a combination of cardiovascular exercise, resistance training, trainer check-ins (via text & email), access to trainer tips and techniques, nutritional advice & meal plans (for a variety of dietary needs/restrictions), and access to a local gym or studio training session.
Session length is 1 hour and frequency is determined by the client. Long term programs of several months are available, as well as short term programs to help get you in shape for that special event you have coming up!
I take into account and appreciates that we all have responsibilities outside of the gym. This makes the trainer/client relationship extra special, as we work together to improve your health and fitness level.
